Marvellous location in the modern area and it was a bonus to be close to a subway station. Booked a room with a double bed.

Next to the subway. It's a fast settlement. Clean and cozy room.
Stopped for one night, so I couldn't find the downside.

Staff was great and hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast cost 7.50 euros per person, but was well worth the money. Location was ok, but metro was just steps away. Great Value!

Totally recommend for a weekend escape
Cozy room, stylish lounge, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and great bathroom products. The location is excellent, just 100 meters from the underground station.
Nothing to improve on.

Friendly staff- good location in terms of u bahn access and walking distance to sights such as Check point Charlie. Good selection of bakers and supermarkets in the area too. Room size ideal for a single traveller. Modern furnishings. Room was spotless
I was not warned about the building work taking place when I booked which was very noisy. I would have liked complimentary tea and coffee making facilities in the room. To say that air conditioning is available is a bit misleading as it can either be on or off but it is centrally controlled which meant that I could not alter the temperature of my room. At night it was quite warm and as I was on the ground floor I did not feel comfortable opening the window for ventilation

Our room was new-fashioned and functional, included with duvets, a shower, a double bed. Liked our stay at the hotel and will certainly stay here again.

Where do I start... Booked a "Twin Room" online but when we arrived we were given a room with 1 double bed. Went to reception with my booking confirmation explaining we had booked a twin room (I.E. 2 seperate beds) to which the staff said that they dont do rooms with 2 beds! I was told to come back in the morning and they would change our room. So I came back the next morning and moved to another room... But the only difference I found was that the 1 double mattress had been replaced by 2 single matresses!!! So it was the same as sleeping in a double bed again, not such a nice thing when you are 2 male friends having to share the bed. The sink is actually in the room and not in the bathroom. There is scaffolding outside the windows of the rooms at the back of the hotel which is very unsightly. I would never stay here again!!!

Big and spotless venue with an excellent value and really helpful and attentive staff. A nice size rooms with a terrace, a shower, as example, and VERY GOOD service. Top location in the cool neighborhood, in the pretty area.

It is clean. The breakfast was plentiful.
Lacks warmth or personality. When you walk in the lobby there is a large flat screen tv with the image of a fire. Even when you walk into your room turn on the light the fire video appears on your tv screen. This is a fitting metaphor for this hotel. The emphasis is on their image only. A chair in your room is stylish... But uncomfortable. The room is clean... But empty of true comfort. The lack of human warmth by the staff and in the hotel is startling. This is one possibility of the future of hotels... Cold, impersonal, and flat... Yet stylish, clean, and adequate. I will stay away from this chain of hotels... And I encourage anyone who cares about such things as friendliness, human warmth, and comfort to do the same.
